This area has long been supported by trades, contractors, auto businesses, HVAC companies, and regional service operators who rely on fast access to the city’s beltways.

While the Westside continues to grow, new industrial supply has not kept pace. Most available spaces are older, buried away from the high-traffic areas, or too large for small and mid-sized operators. Wilson Blvd Industrial Park is designed to close that gap with efficient roll-up bays, wide vehicle access, and functional layouts ideal for local operators who want clean, modern space close to their customers.
